Data Accuracy Issues: If a tool is displaying incorrect data, please include the company name or CIK number, the form type you searched for, and what you expected vs. what was shown.
Partnership & Advertising: For advertising or data partnership inquiries, use the general email above with "Partnership" in the subject line.

What We Cannot Help With
EDGARScout is a tools and reference website. We are not affiliated with the SEC and cannot help with filing submissions, account access at SEC.gov, investment or legal questions, or matters relating to SEC enforcement or regulations. For those issues, contact the SEC directly.
Feedback
If our tools helped you find information you needed, we'd love to hear that too. User feedback helps us prioritize which tools and guides to build next. We especially want to know if you found a gap in our coverage of the EDGAR system — new tool ideas, missing guide topics, or form types we haven't covered are all welcome suggestions.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days. Data accuracy reports and bug reports are prioritized and typically answered within one business day. General feedback and partnership inquiries may take slightly longer during peak periods. If your inquiry is time-sensitive (for example, a tool error blocking your research), please mark "Urgent" in the subject line of your email.

EDGARScout is designed to be accessible to all users. If you experience accessibility issues with our tools or content, please contact us with a description of the issue and the assistive technology you are using. We treat accessibility reports as high-priority bug reports and work to resolve them promptly. Our site is regularly tested with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

For press, media, or research interviews about EDGARScout, SEC EDGAR data access, or financial transparency topics, please email us with "Press" in the subject line. We are happy to speak with journalists and researchers about the EDGAR system, our methodology, or the broader landscape of free financial data tools. We do not provide stock recommendations, investment opinions, or comment on individual companies' filings — those topics are outside our scope.
